Our AGM has guest speakers, elects our officers, debates resolutions and has a structured discussion about our campaign year ahead. All members and supporters are welcome to attend.
This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday, 14 November 2026 and it will take place online via Zoom.

Voting Rights
In accordance with Scottish CND’S Constitution:
You’re entitled to vote at the AGM if you are a current member of Scottish CND.
Registered Local Groups and Specialist Sections are each entitled to two delegates, who must be individual members of Scottish CND. Delegates will each have a vote on behalf of their organisation, in addition to their individual vote.
You can only be a delegate for one organisation, even if you are a member of multiple groups.
The last day for submitting Executive Committee nominations and resolutions was 17 October at 5pm.

Annual General Meeting 2025
On Saturday 15th November, Scottish CND hosted Florian Eblenkamp, Advocacy Coordinator for the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), to give a status update on the progress of the TPNW nuclear ban treaty that ICAN campaigned to have adopted at the United Nations.
Scottish CND was also pleased to host Karen Bell, Professor in Social and Environmental Justice at University of Glasgow, to discuss her work on the Alternative Defence Review published by CND and the RMT earlier in 2025.
We also heard from Laura Pidcock, Co-Director of Declassified UK, and Rob Edwards, investigative journalist at The Ferret, about the importance of independent media outlets in challenging militarism.

2023 Annual General Meeting
