AGM

Our AGM has guest speakers, elects our officers, debates resolutions and has a structured discussion about our campaign year ahead. All members and supporters are welcome to attend.

This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday, 15 November 2025 and it will take place in a hybrid format, allowing you to attend either in person in Glasgow or online via Zoom.

In-person venue: The Renfield Centre, 260 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JP.

Online option: A Zoom link will be provided to all registered online attendees ahead of the event.

Voting Rights

In accordance with Scottish CND’S Constitution:

You’re entitled to vote at the AGM if you are a current member of Scottish CND.

Registered Local Groups and Specialist Sections are each entitled to two delegates, who must be individual members of Scottish CND. Delegates will each have a vote on behalf of their organisation, in addition to their individual vote.

You can only be a delegate for one organisation, even if you are a member of multiple groups.

The last day for submitting Executive Committee nominations and resolutions was October 18th at 5pm.

Annual General Meeting 2024

Scottish CND’s last AGM took place on Saturday 16th November 2024. The AGM was held at:

We were delighted to welcome as guest speakers Melissa Parke, Executive Director of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons and Pat Kane, Scottish musician, journalist, and political activist.
