Replied to survey in November 2006 saying she was opposed to upgraded or replacing Trident and said "I believe that the UK can lead the way by scraping Trident. Nuclear Weapons know no border, when they are used there is no where to run! How much better would it be if we were to feed the world instead of wasting money on weapons of mass destruction"
