2009 - Signed EDM 660 calling for a delay in the Initial Gate of Trident Replacement.

14 March 2007 - Voted against the Government motion which called for the renewal of Trident and resigned from his position as a PPS. Speech.

10 March 2007 - The Daily Record and the BBC had reported on that Mr Devine would he would do vote against Trident Replacement

September 2006 - Took part in Scotland's Long Walk for Peace

2006 - Replied to letters from constituents saying that "I oppose replacing our nuclear weapons when our current capability comes to the end of its life and will be doing all I can to make my views know to the Government".

2005/06 - Signed EDM 2703 calling for a debate before a decision on Trident Replacement, EDM 2702 calling for a Green (consultation) paper and a free vote, and EDMs 892, 1113, 1802 and 1197 calling for a debate.
