There is an Early Day Motion in Westminster calling for a review of Trident.  Please ask your MP to support this by going to

Early Day Motion 1924 Trident Review

That this House welcomes the Government's decision to carry out a review into alternatives to the Trident replacement; regrets that neither the review nor the Strategic Defence and Security Review considered all options including non-replacement and a non-nuclear defence policy; and believes such a review should be carried out before the Trident replacement Main Gate decision in 2016.

So far this is supported by the following Scottish MPs:

Michael Connarty - Linlithgow and East Falkirk

Cathy Jamieson - Kilmarnock and Loudon
Angus Robertson - Moray
Lindsay Roy - Glenrothes
Mike Weir - Angus

If your MPs has already signed the motion you may wish to thank them and encourage them to raise this with their colleagues.
