The fourth Trident submarine, Vengeance, was commissioned in Barrow in Furness on Saturday 27th November.
There was a CND protest on Michaelson Bridge.
CND Chair Dave Knight said:
"Tony Blair and Robin Cook should hang their heads in shame that they haven't cancelled this final submarine, at least as a token of their commitment to negotiate nuclear disarmament in good faith."
The submarine is expected to sail in a weeks time and to arrive in Scotland between 7th and 10th December.
