Following an approach from the Campers, Argyll and Bute Council has agreed to meet with at 10.30 am on Monday 21st September in the Victoria Halls, Helensburgh. The Council will be represented by Cllr Billy Petrie, the local councillor who is responsible for trying to get the Camp evicted and who is Vice Convenor of the Council, and by Cllr Dick Walsh who is the leader of the Council.
The Council had earlier indicated that the Camp would not be evicted until these talks had taken place.
