Peace Rally Glasgow 13 Oct

A peace rally with the theme Justice not War - No more innocent victims will be held at 11 am on Saturday 13th October in George Square, Glasgow.

There will be a broad platform of speakers including Mohamad Sarwar MP, John McAllion MSP, Lloyd Quinan MSP, Tommy Sheridan MSP, Rev Alan Macdonald (Church and Nation Cmte, Church of Scotland), Tim Duffy (Justice and Peace Commission, Roman Catholic Church), Councillor Bashir Mann.

Music will be provided by members of Heelen Shankers.

Indoor Rally Glasgow 9 Oct

A rally will be held on the Moir Hall, Mitchell Theatre, Charing Cross, Glasgow at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 9 October. Speakers will include Tariq Ali and political representatives.

These events have been called by the recently formed Scottish Coalition for Justice not War.
