Tireless reactor restarted after accident in May

The Navy has disclosed that the reactor on HMS Tireless was restarted shortly after a leak was found in the coolant circuit on 12 May. This is an astounding revelation. By restarting the reactor they made the problem much worse and more dangerous.

The admission was made by two Navy officers in an interview on the highly respected BBC Radio 4 documentary programme, File on 4. This was broadcast at 8 pm on Tuesday 12th December.
