against the Faslane Peace Campers, an unincorporated body of persons, the individual members of which have their only known residence as at the site at A814 at St Andrew's School, Shandon, known as Faslane Peace Camp, or the Peace Camp, Faslane
DEFENDERS

To the said Faslane Peace Campers

The pursuers claim that in the circumstances described in the statement of claim herewith they are entitled to recover possession of the property being that area of land containing 1600 square metres or thereby at the A814 at St Andrew's School, Shandon being the subjects described in and referred to in the written lease a copy of which is appended hereto and known as Faslane Peace Camp or the Peace Camp, Faslane and that you refuse or delay to remove therefrom and ask the court to grant decree for removing you, your families, sub-tenants and dependants with your goods and possessions from the said property and for payment by you of the expenses of this action.

You are therefore required to appear at the place, date and time mentioned below to answer the above claim and take warning that if you do not so appear the Pursuers may obtain decree against you in your absence.

The Pursuers are hereby authorised to serve a copy to serve a copy of this summons on you not less than 21 days before the date on which you are required to appear. If the court requires to hear evidence, a date shall be fixed for this purpose and the parties are hereby authorised to cite witnesses to attend on that date to give evidence.
